The living room is a space where families gather for relaxation and entertainment. It's essential to create a clean, comfortable environment that our clients can enjoy. As you proceed, remember to use your cleaning kit effectively, follow the guidelines in the Operations Manual, and pay attention to restrictions on handling valuable possessions.
Cleaning Sequence
(Unless directed otherwise in our app)
01 — Pick up any objects on the floor or in random places and place them in an orderly way on a table.
02 — Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, picture frames, decorations, blinds, and lock and window ledges, using the orange microfiber cloth and Swiffer duster.
03 — Dust fan, fixtures, and remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
04 — Wipe down all hard surfaces (tables, shelves, etc.) with a damp orange microfiber cloth and all-purpose cleaner, moving objects to clean underneath. Ensure surfaces are clean and shiny.
05 — Clean the TV screen using an e-cloth, following the method demonstrated in this video tutorial. Ensure the screen is streak-free and free of dust or smudges.
06 — Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, or other reflective surfaces with the light blue ultra microfiber cloth and glass cleaner, ensuring they are streak-free and clean.
07 — Spot clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls to remove fingerprints and smudges.
08 — Fluff pillows and arrange cushions, ensuring they look tidy and inviting. Fold blankets neatly.
09 — Vacuum upholstery, paying special attention to visible stains or debris.
10 — Vacuum the carpet or sweep and mop hard floors, focusing on corners and under furniture.
11 — Clean baseboards, and ensure all furniture is returned to its original position.
12 — Empty trash bins, replace liners if needed, and ensure bins are clean and odor-free. Conduct a final visual check to ensure the room is clean, tidy, and inviting, with all items neatly arranged and in their proper place.
Quality Check
Before you leave the bedroom, conduct a thorough review of your work. Are all surfaces shining? Are there any streaks on the mirror? Has all trash been removed and the liner replaced? Is the bed neatly made and inviting? The bedroom should feel like a sanctuary, demonstrating the quality and care of our service. Remember, we are not just cleaning a house; we are caring for a home.
